Why is the box hard to open?

The box was designed NOT to pop open when accidentally dropped. Especially with your clean pessary inside. Each bOX arrives with opening instructions. We have each box tested to insure they open and close properly.

Do you stand behind your product?

Absolutely !! If your box breaks from normal use, we will replace it. Send us a message at info@pessarybox.com with a picture of the broken box, and a photo of the bottom of the box, showing the manufacturer. We will ship at no charge.

Did you change Manufacturers?

Yes we did! We now have our bOX manufactured in Oregon by a wonderful manufacturer that prides themselves in producing a lasting product.
